I am having a lot of trouble finding job opportunities as an ER/ED Tech. Can anyone tell me how I might go about finding these? Anything specific to the Los Angeles area would be awesome.

i don't know about l.a. specifics...but in finding er tech positions in general, you just have to keep on searching...some hospitals may even call it a different name...i know at children's hospital they call the position a "critical care tech"...just keep checking open hospital positions...sooner or later you'll find one...that's what happened in my case...i thought i'd never find one...and then all of a sudden i found a bunch of listings...just don't give up...👍

Always a hard position to come by. Are you a Basic or Medic? I work as a Medic at University of Colorado Hospital, and had to beat out 30 people to get my position.
Like the poster above said, just keep searching. And if you can, find out what hospitals in your area utilize this position. Then go find the person who hires and fires and let them know that you are interested in a future position, ie: give them your resume.
