Hi all,
I was just looking for some insight on anyone who's worked ER in Southern California (big metropolitan areas), what's considered an average salary, signing bonus and shifts like? I'm currently interviewing in a few places in the LA area but I'm not from Cali so I'm a little unclear if I should be negotiating for a higher base etc.
