Long story short: I failed out of my IM residency (was not offered second year). Reapplying to FM and IM. On experiences part of ERAS' CV it asks for reason left residency. What would be a an appropriate way to address this? My PD letter and PS went into detail, but I don't want to write to "change specialty" since that would not look right for my IM applications. Thanks in advance.
