Here are some questions I have that I've looked elsewhere for answers but haven't been able to find:
Are PDs able to pick and choose whose applications they download?
If they download, say, my CAF but not my PS/LORs, but then later come back for them, does that mean that they were sufficiently interested in me to get the rest of the documents, or what?
How do updates work? How do they know, for instance, if I've replaced my personal statement or if my transcript arrives? Do they get alerts (like we get message alerts), or do I have to email them and tell them that X/Y/Z is available for them to download?
