ERAS 'experiences' formatting

I apologize because I know there are many previous posts about this but I see some discrepancies- for the experiences section is it still better to avoid dashes/bullets and just write succinct sentences? And how many sentences are people writing on average?

Also random question, but should you capitalize your last name on publications?

You should be capitalizing your last name (and everyone elses) always lol.

As for activities Ive heard people in EM like them bulleted/dashed, but I did mine as 1-3 succinct sentences, each separated by line breaks. Probably depends on the speciality a bit too, what are you going into?
