Hi all.

I have an ongoing CV, so I planned to move most of it to ERAS, including the activities I have under a section I call "Leadership". I was Rep for Family Medicine and Neurosciences, and I think those are remarkable experiences. However under ERAS Experiences I don't see a nice way to enter these experiences. The asterisk beside "Organization" makes me think think they only want organization-related "experiences," which would seem to exclude course representative experiences.

Maybe I'll put my school as the Organization. Course reps out there, what have you done?

What does being a rep entail? ERAS divides experiences into work (teaching and clinical), research, and volunteer. This sounds like it would be volunteer, and if it's a student clerkship representative, then your school is the organization.

Are you getting paid for it? Are you trying to publish or produce research? If not then it's volunteering.

Of the three it would definitely be volunteer. The "organization" part threw me off, but I've talked it over with others, and I agree with you, I will put the school as the organization. Thanks for your response.
