Quick question about appropriate length for ERAS experiences. I have heard that it is important to be as concise as possible. That being said, do the examples of entries below seem too short/undetailed? I'm finding it difficult to strike a balance between including appropriate detail and keeping things brief for PDs. I did a search of the forums and found conflicting answers to this.
Research experienced (undergrad): Studied aging and apoptosis in the yeast, Saccharomyces. Specific projects dealt with elucidating the pathway by which the death gene, BAX, operates in yeast.
Teaching assistant: Assisted course faculty in running weekly laboratory sessions. Led review sessions prior to exams.
Problem-based learning: Facilitated weekly problem-based learning sessions in which a group of first year medical students worked through clinical cases highlighting key elements of their basic science curriculum.
Thanks for your help!
