Hey other fellowship applicants,

How far back did you go with your work experience/volunteer experience stuff? Just Residency? Med School? College?

Just curious. Feels weird putting things on there from the early 2000s when I was in medical school, however, it otherwise looks pretty lame.

I would include all publications, even if they are old.

For extracurricular activities, etc., I didn't list all mine from med school. You need to consolidate and only mention the important stuff. For example, if you are applying for a peds fellowship and you participated in volunteer work immunizing kids in some other country during med school, I would include that. I wouldn't necessarily include every student club that you belonged to.
