Regarding the request email we send out to LoR authors :

Does it have to be the actual attending's email? Or can it be the office assistant's/program coordinator? ERAS says to enter in the author's email, but the attending is not answering to my emails and his assistant is following up with me. Suggestions?

Nevermind. I ended up printing the instructions and emailing them to the coordinator.

I used a program coordinator’s email as she had the actual letter which was then uploaded for me.
