What do I list here if I am applying for Radiology, Prelim Medicine, and Transitional positions? Do I list all 3?

What do I list here if I am applying for Radiology, Prelim Medicine, and Transitional positions? Do I list all 3?

If you are using the same letters for all three, then it doesn't really matter. If you have a letter or two that just goes towards eg. Rads (eg a research letter), then perhaps make the academic ones for Radiology/Prelim IM and the research ones just for Rads. I defer to PD if there is a more useful way to herald these.
