I was wondering if we want to apply to every program in the country if there is an option to just search for a specialty and add every program off of that list?

Or do we need to go state by state and add each program? Thanks in advance.

There is no option to automagically apply to every program. Even if you could get them all listed on one screen, you'd still have to manually click on every one.

They do this to deter people like you from doing things like this.

Here's the deal...if you think you need to apply to every program, the reality is that you only need to apply to some of the programs...the less competitive ones. That varies by specialty of course but I'll give an example from my specialty (IM) for how to determine competitiveness.
- Your grandma has heard of the program - highly competitive
- You've heard of the program but your grandma hasn't - "mid tier"
- Neither you nor your grandma have heard of the program (unless it's at the hospital that her SNF transfers her to every time she gets a UTI and gets altered) and you have to Google Map it to figure out where the f*** it is - This is probably the group you need to target

Thanks for the response. Integrated Plastics isn't a Match that seems too inviting to limiting programs you should apply to given the very low match rate. I understand the point you are trying to make though.
