eras-personal statement, weird formatting error

So i just submitted my eras and assigned my personal statement to programs. I followed all the guidlines and copied and pasted from .txt file but when I go to view my ps, for one of my sentences that has a percent sign it shows 25%% instead of 25%

When I saved my ps and viewed it, it did not show the double percent sign, it only shows up when I try to print ps. I tried cutting and pasting again from a text file and resubmitting it to programs, but it did the same thing.

Is this really a big deal? And does anyone have a clue to fix it if it is a big deal?

I dont really want to keep resubmitting it to programs, if its not that huge of a deal

I'm not a computer tech saavy genius...but, I think I had the same problem. What I did was when I was viewing under edit mode, I went ahead and deleted the text of concern, in your case 25%%, delete it all and the words around it, then retype it in and view it.

If I was you, I would try to correct this error as I have trouble breathing appropriately when things are not correct. I'm just saying if I'm OCD then some PD's out there and other interviewing docs are OCD. Will it kill you, probably not, but I'd do my darn'd best to reveal myself in the BEST possible light.... I noted a similar error in my PS and I went back and corrected it...

thanks for the help, i tried that but it doesnt work.
it still keeps showing up on the print ps mode
i tried deleting it and rewriting it and everything....
