I've noticed that a few programs have downloaded my photo just today after it was scanned in but have not offered me an interview yet. I thought that programs could only see photos of applicants to whom they are offering interviews. Did they really 'download' them from ERAS and are able to view them, or are they in a holding queue only and not revealed until the program offers an interview?
