Okay I know there is definatly a slow down in the interview invites but a bunch of programs have downloaded my picture with no interview invitation. I was under the impression that they couldnt get your pic unless they gave an interview. Is this happening to anyone else? Should I be expecting some invites soon?

I don't think that this is true. I applied to >30 programs and nearly all of them have downloaded my photo. Of these, only six have offered interviews. Of the two rejections I've recieved, one of them looked at my photo. So......I don't think that the photo thing is true. I wish it was, because I would have alot more invites!
