ERAS program downloads

I have all elements of my eras app in, except the deans letter of course, but some programs still have not downloaded my app... i.e. Duke, Vanderbilt... anyone know anything about this? Do some programs download apps on certain dates rather than every day?

Duke hasn't dowloaded mine (CAF certified 9-1 pm), Vandy did on 9-2 and 9-3. I think that Programs periodically download the apps, no obvious pattern I've seen. I don't know if there are "set" dates.
