I have recieved my ERAS token for 2013 application cycle and have started doing research on programs of interest. I have a few programs in mind (some that are high on my application list) that have been shaded in gray and do not allow to be chosen for application and document assignment.

Are these programs not participating in ERAS due to the "all-in" policy and have opted to go "all-out" or are they just not accepting applicants this year?

Many of the Osteopathic programs seem to have similar issues and i believe applications can be submitted sometime this week, so how are people going about all this?

I am wondering the same thing. I am likely not participating in the match. can anyone post a list of all nonERAS participating programs? I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks!

Programs that decide not to participate in the NRMP match would likely still use ERAS for applications, since the two processes are seperate. Sounds like those programs have decided not to accept applications this year. I would contact them directly and find out.
