Before med school I did a M.A. program and my thesis was published in the university library. It will come up if you search for it in google scholar. I think this would probably be classified as "other article" but I'm having trouble with the date. There is no date of publication. Just a year. Not sure what to do.

I wonder if you're overthinking this. Just put the year, or make up a date. I don't think they're going to care too much.

It's month and year right? And you did it to complete your Masters before graduation? Just put the month and year of graduation.

I wrote a Ph.D. dissertation and am not including it as a publication (mine is also available through a quick search and was published within the university library, etc.) If you search on this site I think that this is the general advice. Someone please correct me if i'm wrong on this.

Thanks everyone! I think I'll err on the safe side and not include it. It's not terribly relevant to residency.
