If you have a case report, or manuscript that is currently submitted but not published yet, can you put this on your ERAS application? If so, how would you input this?

hmm. I don't see any options like those. Its an online case report submission but I don't know how to even list it

How do you differentiate between Abstracts vs Publications on ERAS? It appears that all abstracts and publications are clustered under one group. If I were to add a label "abstract", where should I put it?

If you did a presentation or submitted a paper, would you also write an entry about the research experience on it? Or would that look like you're inflating your app?

The app has fields for papers you submitted and presentations also. If you took protected time to do research to work on it then yes, include it in your research experience.

Right, I mean list an entry that just has the publication data, then an entry for research experience explaining what you did.
