How did y’all list your CITI training in ERAs? I’ve completed a ton of modules and am not sure how/where to list them.

Do you mean those modules where you randomly click answers, get them wrong, see the right answers and then re-answer them for 100%?

Definitely include, they will be main talking points of your residency interviews I'm sure.
