Eras/usmle Q

In the USMLE score release section of ERAS they ask whether you want to have any future USMLE scores released right to the programs to which you've applied, and they make it very clear that once you've checked YES, you can't change your mind! I took Step 2 recently, and I'm pretty sure I passed. Is there any reason to say no to this, or any negative consequences for saying no?

well if you want to review your score, prior to sending it...hitting the automatic update option will preclude you from doing so...

if you hit no, you just to have send an updated usmle transcript after the other score comes in...
