Does anyone know for the 2004 match do they need the medical school transcript on top of the Deans letter ?? I am a FMG by the way.

Yes, ERAS requires your med school to upload an official transcript in addition to your dean's letter.

Ckent- Can this be the graduation certificate ?? or does it have to the real long transcript for each year ??

Your transcript should include every grade you have received in med school (in list format). This is in addition to your grad certificate and your Dean's letter.
