Does anyone know about the acceptance rates for school-to-school transfer rate and if they r looked at differently than transfers from other schools and like graduate students who already took the PCATs
Transfers are generally put through the same process as other applicants. You still compete for the same amount of spaces, your stats still count as much as the first time you applied and you have no additional advantage due to you already being a student. I'd check with your school of interest.
I'm attending Rutgers this upcoming fall, but as a freshmen though. I've heard from many people that the transfer rate is extremely low, and it is almost impossible to get accepted. Not trying to crush anyone's dream though. If your grades and stats are good, go for it.

Yup, trying to get into Rutgers program is like trying to drive through a brick wall. They have roughly 200 students per class, but since its the only pharm school in NJ it's genuinely cut-throat to get in, that's why you have to keep your "out-of-state" options open, also I think Farleigh Dickinson is starting a pharmd program soon.
I've heard from admissions counselors and other ppl that it's seriously like 20-22 students from other schools coming into the P1 year. (so not doing the 0-6 but for four years)
