error while submitting CAS

[VCDOC]

Hi everyone,

I keep on getting an error message when I try to submit my CAS application.

"There was an error submitting your CAS Application. Please try again later."

Anyone else faced with this problem right now? Could the server be down right now? I'm currently overseas, could this be the cause of the problem?
