This is probably a long shot, but does anyone know of a lab that can test for insulin receptor autoantibodies? The NIH and Mayo labs used to, but stopped 5-10 years ago. I've found a Japanese lab (BML, Tokyo) that may, but I can't find out how to contact them. We've frozen the serum so there's no rush. Can anybody help?

The Banting and Best Diabetes Center at the University Of Toronto list it as part of the services offered by their core laboratories.

Thanks for the lead. I called and they stopped running the test due to difficulty and limited control serum Still looking.
