This is probably a long shot, but does anyone know of a lab that can test for insulin receptor autoantibodies? The NIH and Mayo labs used to, but stopped 5-10 years ago. I've found a Japanese lab (BML, Tokyo) that may, but I can't find out how to contact them. We've frozen the serum so there's no rush. Can anybody help?

Thanks for the lead. I called and they stopped running the test due to difficulty and limited control serum Still looking.
