Is there a comprehensive list anywhere of 4+3 programs in cardiothoracic surgery?

Related question: how would these programs stack up against the I6 programs? It is my understanding that some integrated programs are not as desirable as going the general surgery to fellowship route for whatever reason. I am wondering how ESP would fit in, ranking wise.
