Perhaps my question has been answered before and I would appreciate if someone can direct me to the right forum. How can I prepare myself for such essay during interview process? Would the topic be the same/different than PCAT? Many thanks in advance for any tips.

This topic has been discussed in the past so you could try the search function for this forum.
I had to do two essays as part of an interview out of the 3 total interviews I attended. In both cases, the topics were situational and specific to pharmacy. They were not like the PCAT essay or anything you'd need to study up on. It is my personal opinion that the purpose of having people write essays at their interview is to see an impromptu writing sample (seeing if it meshes with the personal statement in quality and style) or get an idea of how you might handle a moral/ethical dilemma.
