hey guys, i ve started to outline my essay but looking back at it all i had down was what caused me into considering dentistry and why i decided that i would want to become a dentist. Will just these two points make an acceptable and good essay w/o telling them honors or awards, etc i ve recieved in college in my essay, because i cant seem to smoothly incoporate them into my outline.

Your honors and awards are already in the application, don't waste your essay space by listing them again.

Unless those things played a role in your choosing dentistry, I don't think they are necessary. Besides there, as you know, is a place to write that anyway.

However, now that I think about it I managed to squeeze that in my essay. I took this approach....

My grades sucked before I decided on dental school. After deciding to pursue dentistry, I started kicking butt in school, made Presidents List.... I was breif about it. I worked this in to exemplify my “turn around”,

I don't know if this approach will work for you, but maybe this will point you in the right direction.
