Technology essential palm/pocket programs

Hey gang! I just got a new pocket pc, and was wondering what some of the essential medical programs are...i would like a comprehensive pharm program, as well as a decent medical reference resource...what are the big names? I'm really new to the whole technology thing ...thanks!

For pharm, get the epocrites for pocket pc (Free now) and/or get the PDR for the pocket pc (also free, if you register). I have both and they have covered all bases for me so far.

essential medical programs archimedes (sp?) is good (free on skyscape).
other programs will depend on which field you're going into.

i'd suggest diagnosaurus and eponyms, too. i somehow managed to get the complete epocrates (rx, dx, lab, ID - the whole thing) for free thru addit. friends have not been able to replicate this, though, so i have no idea how it happened. to get autoupdates you have to buy the real thing thru epocrates.com.

anyone know how to get a medical dictionary for free?
