Estimated percentile rank range of AAMC FLs

Is this based on the scores of ppl who actually took the actual exams in the past? Or is it based on the scores of ppl who have taken the practice exams so far?

I'm fairly sure it's based on whatever data was available when they initially released the FL. That would explain why the curves for the AAMC FLs haven't, to my knowledge, changed. In other words, it's most likely derived from when people took it as an actual MCAT.
