Can someone tell me these two hormones are secreted from both follicle and corpus luteum? or both are just from corpus luteum and estrogen is the only one from follicle?!

This seems like a decent video. It covers about the same as Cliffs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_rfZ_qj1z4

I think I see where you might be getting confused. The corpus luteum develops from the follicle once ovulation starts.

Hypothalamus --> GnRH --> Anterior Pituitary releases FSH --> Follicle secretes estrogen --> Anterior pituitary releases LH (because of estrogen) --> LH causes ovulation to start --> Corpus Luteum (this is what the follicle is called after ovulation has started) secretes estrogen and progesterone --> endometrium thickens because of estrogen and progesterone --> this step varies whether there is implantation or not
