What's the best way to get better at behavioral/ethics questions for Step 1?

BRS, Conrad Fisher, or some other source?

Saw a post earlier about USMLE Khan's Cases - has good reviews on amazon - anyone tried that?

Considering the Kahn book just came out on feb 3, I would go with Conrad. Don't why people are putting good review on a book when they haven't received their scores, seems odd. Hopefully someone who has actually used it and received their scores can give some insight about it in the future, until then you can't go wrong with brs and/or fisher.
