I was born in the states, but my dad was born in Brazil. My mom was also born in the states, but her parents also hail from Brazil. Should I list my ethnicity as "South or Central American?" or simply "Not Hispanic/Latino?"

I have a similar situation. My mom is from Nicaragua so I was going to click Hispanic and white? I definitely would put it on there. It's up to you since you one of your parents it's directly from a different country
