Will checking Asian on my application put me at a disadvantage you think? I think Asians are over-represented in Dentistry.

What kind of question is that? You can't falsify your ethnic background.

You can. I am Asian but I don't look Asian because I am South Asia.

Also, did you fill out that percentage breakdown (percent parent paid, you paid, for school etc). Does it look bad if you don't?

Unless you're overwhelmed in loans and financially disadvantaged, I'd leave it blank.
