I like the general area (which is not for everyone), and briefly met the path dept chair as part of looking at their forensic setup some years ago, but that didn't really include a thorough look at their residency program or the rest of the path department as they didn't appear intimately intertwined in a day-to-day-operations sort of way. Seemed relatively small but solid, as many not-big-city programs tend to be, but again, no idea about the resident training and wasn't really looking at the department as a whole.
