Results from 01/19/08:

Verbal Ability---------------> 393 40%
Biology---------------------> 398 50%
Reading Comprehension------> 398 46%
Quantitative Ability----------> 404 61%
Chemistry-------------------> 426 86%
Composite------------------> 404 59%

I have taken this test once before and received a composite score of 59%. The quantitative section was at 83% but the chemistry was at a 54%. It seems my scores fluctuate unusually in those subjects. However, my verbal and reading were in the same range. I have read many posts on SDN especially the one ominone wrote but I would like an evaluation.

I have a 3.70 overall GPA and 3.60 science GPA according to PharmCAS. Unfortunately, I do not have any pharmacy experience. I have solid LORs because I have known my professors for quite awhile. Next year, I will be obtaining my BS in Bio-chemistry if for some reason I am not accepted this year. I am in the process of "hopefully" getting interviewed so if anyone here could give me some feedback I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

My october PCAT is also 59% with lower gpa (around 3.5--science & cum & BS) I got a few interviews, but not from the very competitive/top notch schools like UGA, U of Iowa, Midwestern etc. It really depends on the specific schools you applied to. I may be wrong but I think each school has its specific formula for admission. Some may weigh GPA more than PCAT or vice versa.

I applied to Midwestern CCP and UIC. CCP lists the average stats of those who are admitted (3.42 GPA/82 PCAT) but I do not know what weight is placed on the PCAT. UIC does not list anything but I believe it is more competitive because it has a smaller class size.
