Hey guys,
So my evaluators started getting emails from OptomCAS and a professor of mine who had agreed to do the reference letter has backed out saying that he doesn't feel competent to write it because he wasn't my "direct supervisor" and hasn't "directly observed me teaching."
Is this even a necessary requirement of professors to complete LORs??
