One of my evaluators states that he can't send his letter of evaluation electronically until I sign a waiver on AADSAS. I have another evaluator who states that he was able to submit his letter with ease and it was already received by AADSAS and I didn't have to sign a waiver for him. Is there something I'm not getting because I can't even modify the waive portion of my app. What should I do?
