my question is...

Once we have entered our evaluators information into the VCMAS application site is an email automatically sent out to them or is there anything additional I need to do?

Nope, an email will be sent to them with a login and password. The ball is now in their court to login and complete your evaluation. Hope this helps!

CBGrl is right, an email is sent to your evaluators as soon as you register them in the VMCAS system. However, I would HIGHLY recommend following up with your evaluators after you register them to make sure they receive this email. If they DO NOT, then notify VMCAS to have the email resent.
