hi folks:

i was just wondering if any of you ever think about careers in alternative medicine and healing arts in case medical school doesn't work out for some reason. i've been looking into some of the chinese medicine programs and it seems like it could be a really great career with a little less stess and years of training. just curious about what others are thinking.

You can still pursue acupuncture as a doc and add to a practice. It's something I'm staying open to once I get there.

My other career considerations have been PA or MHA/JD for adminstrative work. I experienced a for profit hospital that was pillaged by its owners and its something that should have never happened.

Marine sniper would also be cool. Or Alaskan hunting guide with some trapping thrown in. Opening a brewery has also crossed my mind.
