That is supposed to be the way it works. However, as we all know, the second batch was NOT the Friday after the first batch (June 23rd) but actually the next Friday. So, it is possible the 3rd batch might not be this coming Friday, but actually the Friday after that.

I think the reason the second batch took two weeks to send out (not that I'm complaining) is b/c last week is a holiday and assumed there wasn't enough application submitted at that point to meet the mailing quota. I do believe the third batch will be sent out by the end of this week.
