So I missed the HP mark in three courses by 1 multiple choice q each for two courses, and 2 multiple choice q's in another. I remember thinking after taking my exams that I would be happy with whatever I got because I gave it my absolute 100%.. or 110%?... but its pretty sucky if things turn out to be so close (x3)... cest la vie...anyway, remember folks- every question counts... and you only get one shot...

Yes but what will it matter in a few years? Assuming you do well on Step 1, maybe you won't be AOA but with good clinical grades does it really matter? The world would still be your oyster.

Is this for an MS-I/MS-II class?

Remember how we'd tell the pre-meds that just missing an A- in a pre-req wouldn't ruin their chances at getting into med school?

Well this is just like that. Do well your clinical rotations and Step 1, do research if that's your thing, get solid letters of recommendation. If you do away rotations, make sure to shine! Everything else is largely insignificant.

Yeah, preclinical courses. I'll have to see what I can do differently this time around. Hopefully it wont happen again this semester- I'll do my best.
