Mine says final decision letter sent. If one of yours says "Invited for interview," then I may have been rejected.

I'm thinking they would have updated it with invited for interview if I had in fact recieved an interview. I'm still full o' hope though. I have to be the most impatient person alive! I guarantee you I will call my house to see if the mail came at least 20 times!! Sad, I know, but I only have 4 chances at a cali school and my only interview thus far is at Loma Linda...

from past experience, if you haven't gotten an interview by now, and that decision letter has been sent, it's not good news 🙂 but you're in good company...i got a letter too 🙂

Oh, because someone said that they mailed all of the final decisions - whether interview or rejection. Oh well... 3 cali schools left and not holding out much hope for UCSF 🙁 (So two really). Chicago here I come!

Maybe that's a good sign? They could have only mailed out the rejections and are going to email interviews? Who knows anymore. I'm really sad.

My status page doesn't say anything about final decision letter being sent, so i called them up, and they told me I was rejected.

They sent me a 1 x 3 orange card that read:

"REJECTED!! Do not pass GO, do not collect $200"

haha. i really hope you are right.

yeah, man. cornell doesn't notify till march... columbia doesn't notify till feb... haven't interviewed at ucla yet... but dunno why i haven't heard back from others yet.

me too: Final decision letter sent 1/20 but nothing under invited for interview. (Sigh). Now I have to just wait for the orange card in the mail. 🙂

That's right! REJECTED! I could tell the lady didn't like giving the news over the phone, but she was nice enough to do so. I still think they are an amazing school.

Sorry to everybody that got rejected. This is interesting that they would make a decision on all the pre-interview holds this early; I know for a fact that last year they waited until late February to finally nix those that were on pre-interview holds.

Good luck to those still holding on for hope!

My rejection wasn't orange; it was in a thin, white envelope with a letter that said they hope i will matriculate somewhere else.
