Hello all,
Anyone have a list of major papers/guidelines to guide interns/residents during clinic?

For example, pt comes in and has meniscal tear symptoms but also has arthritis. Previous papers i've read suggest that outcomes are the same for patients who have knee scope vs patients who go through physical therapy. It would be nice to be able to quote or tell patients "based on evidence, these are the options and these are the outcomes".
Another example, you suggest small RTC tear and you send to PT vs getting an MRI arthrogram.

Hopefully that makes sense, thanks.

The aaos has many.
Residency programs have their own education materials that they give to their residents. I have an entire huge file of classic papers I have compiled.
Thank you for the response, any chance you would be willing to share the file?

Thank you either way
