I hope someone can answer this question for me.
I would like to know exactly how PA schools ask for evidence of paid hours for patient care. Do they require you to send copies of pay stub, taxes, etc?
I also have volunteer hours, how do they ask for evidence of that?
Thanks in advance

The school to which I'm applying actually verifies all documented hours listed as clinical experience (volunteer or employed). On your application you should be asked to list references for your clinical experiences, and they will actually call these references if you make it past the initial screening process.

Actually most (if not all) the schools I applied to did not require extra verification of hours other than what I reported. You are required to submit a "contact" for every experience along with contact info and they will contact that person if they need to verify your hours or ask a question. However, they trust that you will report all of your hours truthfully and accurately. Most schools do not require any kind of extra proof like taxes/pay stubs, etc. I kept a log of all my paid and volunteer experiences hours and contacts, that way it was super easy when it came time to apply. Hope that helps!
