The interview at evms is graded from a 1 to a 5. Is 1 or 5 the high score?

I believe 5 is the high score. One of my interviewers was ranking me right during my interview and I caught a glimpse of his sheet. He gave me a 4 for one question and I thought I saw that a 4 was "good" and 5 was "excellent." But I'm not definately sure, so don't hold me accountable...
