Looking for one or two roommates interested in housing nearby EVMS. Have two rooms (and two bathrooms) available across the street from the school - closer than the school's own housing! Flat rate, including all services/utilities.
Updated and renovated with a nice, fully furnished kitchen and living/dining areas. 5 Bedroom (only 1 in use right now), 4 bath, 3100sq ft. in the heart of Ghent (area of EVMS). Walking distance from numerous shops, restaurants and bars in Ghent and a short walk to downtown Norfolk.
I do not have pets but they are negotiable depending on breed/size. No cats (sorry SDN avatars).
