I am waitlidsted at EVMS and I was wondering if anyone knew how many people they usually end up accepting off this list. (they divide it into thirds and I am in the top 1/3). Thanks!!!

The wait-list is divided into thirds, as you know. Being in the upper third gives you a very good chance of making it. Even some in the middle third may have a fair chance. Keep submitting any new information you may have: new grades, new evaluation letters, new experiences.
