FA seems to imply that you can see changes in the histology of the heart via light microscope after 4 hrs... every other source states it takes 10-12 hrs. You can only see changes (coagulative necrosis) via electron microscopy after 4 hrs, correct? PMNs and such after 10-12 hrs with LM? right?
