My interviewer asked me about my research and for some reason, I exaggerated a bit in regards to my involvement in the project. I said that I had my own project when that really was only partly true since I worked with a post doc on it. I received a letter from this person and feel like it may contradict what I told the interviewer. I'm guessing this is a death sentence and I'm not sure what kind of feedback I'm looking for in this thread, but I'm just frustrated since my interviews have not been going well so far.
I wish there was a way to go back and change my answer, but I just hope the rest of the interview makes up for it. I'm really sorry for doing it and regret what I said.
